Last day of the month is missing from the "previous day" date picker

i noticed the last day of the month is missing upon signup also, on March. 31 is not selectable.

Workaround in Google Chrome:
1. Inspect the <select> element for the day input.
2. Choose "Edit as HTML" from the context menu.
3. Add an option tag for the last day of the month.
4. Go back to the browser and choose the last day from the dropdown (<select>) menu.
5. Submit the dream.
