I know the "add note" option would be ok for that but it would be helpful to add a section where it can be documented any significant or odd things that may have happened or taken place in waking life the day or night or what have of the dream. Normally what happens in ones waking life has an impact on dream.
And it would be helpful to include a dream glossary for people symbols or dream language that a dream dictionary might not accurately define so people can (if they want) discover the "real" meaning of the symbols in their dreams (make it less Freudian I guess).
