"The Dream" summary section should be first
I think it's much easier to summarize or explain the dream first, and then, going by what you just wrote, pick out themes and colors and characters, because the summary is probably the most important part of the discovery process. Then the dreamer says, "oh, that was this color," or "that made me feel sad," and THEN decides it was because of this theme.

Yes, this is also the way I fill out the form. First remembering and writing down the dream. Then the associations / tags / colors that pop into my mind while I go. Currently, the summary field is at the bottom, which for longer dreams makes it difficult to fill out, because I always have to scroll down to make more space for more text.
If the optional fields were at the bottom, there would be more space upfront for the summary field. No need to scroll unless you'd want to use the optional fields.
