For the past at least 4 months, I have been unable to access my account via Facebook Sign-in. I attempt to resolve this by clicking on the contact support link, which does not work; there is not even a loading page icon. Would the Support Team please openly display your email address, so that you are accessible to everyone in light of potential technical difficulties on the website? Additionally, I would like someone from the support team to contact me about getting access to my records.
