Reply to Support Requests
I've used the "Contact Support" feature more than a few times (with descriptions of the issues and attached screenshots that I've taken to better illustrate the defects), and I always get an e-mail saying "Thanks for the message, we'll get back to you as soon as possible!". I have yet to receive a single reply from a dreamboard rep. It'd be nice to have some confirmation that my voice was heard by an actual person and that someone is looking into the bugs that prevent this website from giving me the best possible experience.
