3. DId the developer abandoned the app?

   iPhone app not working anymore, FB login in site not working, can't get my recorded dreams anymore. Please allow your users to download their data, since the app is abandoned!

4. Some issues in site usage

   Jan Bochnig made following observation after some daily usage of the site.

   1. add color for your dream
      Seems to be a good feature but not so clear to me what this does exactly. Is it just there to catch the mood of my dream in colors? Does it affect the color of my dream tree?
      --> Could be good to display a hint right in the form

   2. Some fileds (Body Presence, Weirdness, Themes) show only when editing a dream - not when initially adding one.
      --> honestly it took me three dreams to understand that you can blend them in. Should that be more obvious for "stupid" users like me?

   3. When I add my own emotion or theme it is not added to my "personalized form". I have to add it every time a track a new dream.
      --> should there be a mechanism to do that. I know it could complicate things, but I guess it could be important to define own tags in order to analyze my diary later.

   4. Weirdness
      squares stay blank when hovering over them. But Weirdness Factor changes. Supposed to be like that?

   5. Howto
      You've got a good explanation of how to add dream in the blog
      But no link other than "blog" is leading to it.
      Shouldn't there be a more prominent way to get "Help"?

   6. According to the Dreamboard I'm a "Dream Master" as I dream 206,78% more than average. Sounds great! But compared to what? An average Person according to studies. The other folks of dreamboard or am I just dreaming more than usual as I had tracked more?

   7. On bottom of page it says: "Get in touch, follow us on social networks :" but only FB is shown. What about twitter? FB is shown in Italian - even though my browser is in German + selected Language for GUI in EN...

   8. When I click on the tree it links me to the Tree Story (dreamboard/tree_history)
      Here I see a list of the days (with trees) I dreamed sth. Each Tree is active as a link but when I click it it does not lead me anywhere.

5. Add a category for music playing

   I know it sounds strange but in my music there is sometimes a song or parts of a song playing. Sometimes it's as I was waking up to my ipod alarm but other times it's quiet in the room and I have some song stuck in my head.

7. Allow/Promote creative dream journaling

   I endorse the idea that sometimes it is wisest to record/explore a dream through other means than written story form, because the linear/narrative form sometimes forces a structure that does not originally belong to the dream. I know it is not easy to provide other recording means directly online (although... a possibility to roughly sketch with colors on a smartphone, or playing a few notes... would be great!) - anyway, it would be nice to be able to at least attach images or other media files to a journal entry.

8. Assigning Images to Tags

   Last idea of the night. Just like you can see all the colors compiled together on the dashboard, it would nice to add some "color" to the Emotions, People, and Objects Tags. Perhaps the ability to add a small image or icon to each of the tags. Give a visual representation to each of the tags?

10. iPad e tag

    Mi risulta un po' difficile fare la tag di luoghi e persone con l'iPad. Se clicco nell'area non funziona, devo cliccare bene in alto a sinistra della textarea. Un pò scomodo e non comprensibile da subito. Mi ci sono voluti un po' di tentativi.
    Se dopo non esco dall'area di tagging E salvo direttamente le modifiche al mio sogno mi apre una pagina bianca e non me lo salva.

11. make an app for the smartphone

    I have problems when trying to use the mobile site on my smartphone. I think an app would be better anyhow, because there one would have full functionality of all the drop down menus, etc.

12. My list of suggestions

    1. Add ways to back up your journal, VERY IMPORTANT, with formatting.

    2. Option to add images and photos, I used to keep a dream journal for years and I was always adding images. Also a way to backup the journal WITH said images and formatting intact if possible. Like a backup feature that backs up your data in the best way possible.

    3. Add themes, dark themes, more color choices, nice designs for self-expression, to make your dream journal more personal to you.

    4. Add options for lucid dream, with scales for intensities and such. Maybe add a text box where you can write your thoughts or commentary on what you think the meaning of your own dream is.

    5. Ability to share the page with other dreamboard users maybe.

    6. Option to let you edit your dream in the mobile version (not sure if the PC version has an edit option but if not, add that too)

    7. Oh very important, add the ability to add a dream in the past. For example, if I had a dream weeks ago and I want to add it to my dreamboard, let me choose the past date to add the dream in that date.

    It would be nice to share dreams with others and compare dream boards. I'd like the option to link my account with those closest to me. This allows us to see when we dream parallel themes or how a situation affected both of us.

14. Problemi di privacy nei sogni?!

    Buongiorno, durante l'utilizzo della nuova applicazione Dreamboard (per Android) mi sono imbattuta in due fatti strani che mi stanno preoccupando non poco.

    Entrando in un sogno e cliccando sull'opzione "Similar dreams" si apre una nuova schermata con sogni scritti da altri utenti, a questo proposito ho notato due cose:

    1) Tra i sogni "pubblici" riportati non mi sono capitati solo sogni con l'opzione di privacy "This is a pubblic dream" ma anche alcuni con l'opzione "This is a private dream" insomma mi sorge spontaneo chiedermi se ho visualizzato davvero un sogno privato di un utente e se ad altri può succedere di visualizzare durante una ricerca anche uno dei miei. Non mi importa infatti che i sogni pubblici siano appunto pubblici ma i sogni che ho voluto impostare come privati non vorrei di certo che fossero visti da nessuno essendo personali.

    2) Accedendo ai sogni di altri utenti (sempre cliccando su Similar dreams) ho notato che rimane attiva l'opzione "Edit dream" ho provato per curiosità a vedere se era possibile modificare i sogni di altri utenti o se compariva un errore e posso affermare che si possono modificare! Ho infatti provato a fare il piccolissimo esperimento di modifica cambiando il "mood" di un sogno inserito da quello impostato (era Neutral) a Pleasant e a salvare e con mia grande sorpresa ho scoperto che la modifica c'è stata davvero! Ovviamente mi sono subito affrettata a modificare lo stato e riportarlo a quello originario non essendo mia intenzione rovinare il lavoro di altri utenti ma la domanda che mi sorge spontanea è la seguente: se un utente vuole può capitare nel mio sogno (pubblico o privato) e modificare le impostazioni a mia insaputa? Da come ho potuto vedere è una cosa fattibile e mi sembra piuttosto grave... ci sono utenti che di certo non si permetterebbero mai di modificare un sogno altrui ma ci sono anche altri utenti che potrebbero divertirsi a rovinare il lavoro di sconosciuti cancellando la narrazione, i titoli ecc

    Vi chiedo quindi se è possibile fare qualcosa e controllare se i due fatti da me riscontrati sono problemi reali e quindi da risolvere...

16. pie charts

    On the pie charts on the bottom of the screen. I think they would communicate the information more effectively if there was a consistent gradient spectrum of color from one pole to another instead of by what occurs most often. For example rather than the largest section of my pie chart being green, the poles of "not weird at all" to "very weird" should be represented by "not weird at all" being black, "very weird" being green and everything in between would be respective shade in between. As is I can see that most of my dreams are "weird," but because everything else is represented in shades of grey in their proportion I can't tell how weird my dreams are on average. The same is true of body presence. Just a thought

18. Improve dream journal

    My dreams span seven years. Currently, in my dream journal, I can only see 2011-2013, and the only way to access older ones is to scroll down. However, when scrolling, dreams load extremely slowly...

    I suggest making the right panel in dream journal only the years, and making months a separate sub-panel after selecting the year.
