Allow/Promote creative dream journaling
I endorse the idea that sometimes it is wisest to record/explore a dream through other means than written story form, because the linear/narrative form sometimes forces a structure that does not originally belong to the dream. I know it is not easy to provide other recording means directly online (although... a possibility to roughly sketch with colors on a smartphone, or playing a few notes... would be great!) - anyway, it would be nice to be able to at least attach images or other media files to a journal entry.

Add a category for music playing
I know it sounds strange but in my music there is sometimes a song or parts of a song playing. Sometimes it's as I was waking up to my ipod alarm but other times it's quiet in the room and I have some song stuck in my head.

women's cycle
Add a way to track the moon cycle, ie. full moon or new moon. Additionally, add an option for women to track where they are in their cycle.

Some issues in site usage
Jan Bochnig made following observation after some daily usage of the site.
add color for your dream
Seems to be a good feature but not so clear to me what this does exactly. Is it just there to catch the mood of my dream in colors? Does it affect the color of my dream tree?
--> Could be good to display a hint right in the formSome fileds (Body Presence, Weirdness, Themes) show only when editing a dream - not when initially adding one.

Assigning Images to Tags
Last idea of the night. Just like you can see all the colors compiled together on the dashboard, it would nice to add some "color" to the Emotions, People, and Objects Tags. Perhaps the ability to add a small image or icon to each of the tags. Give a visual representation to each of the tags?

Allow HTML styling
It would be really useful if you could allow basic HTML styling options like bold, italics, underline, hyperlinks, lists (ol/ul) and such.

To add sort of psychological explanation of some elements in the dream
Hello to all,
I do like his app, and it does helps me to analyse my inner self and what is going on in there from time to time. But sometimes it is hard to explain the meaning and connect to your inner self, so my suggestion is that if some links or option with explanations to be added, like for instance if you see a Mother in your dream - it represents your highest self in your dream. Add hours slept recording feature and parasomnia recording area & position slept in
Record how many hours you slept that night and if you had any parasomnias, talking, walking, bruxism, sleep paralysis etc....
it would be wonderful to be able to see on average the amount of sleep your getting throughout the week and be able to possibly correlate any parasomnias or nightmares to sleep deprivation or diet. I think it will be important to record hours slept to track your sleep hygiene on a daily basis. A Parasomnia space to fill in and add position slept in space. Thanks! Love this site!3 votes -
[mobile] UX add dream workflow suggestion
Hi, I've been fiddling around the mobile app for a while, and I keep getting the same awkward experience every time I'm using it.
Technically speaking I don't understand why there's such a strong predominance of feelings and colours and elements over the actual content of the dream. Also considering that dreams can slip away so easily.The first thing I want to do is: record the dream. Not even giving a title to it. Any elaboration over it (colours, emotions, feelings, key characters, etc) should be encouraged, but not take away space from the actual recording. The dream itself…

provide access to more of my dream data
Hi, I'd like to be able to access more of the data (or even the raw data) I'm collecting. I'm interested in understanding relationships not provided such as who I dream about most in weird dreams or which colours are associated with unpleasant dreams, etc. Can we download the data we're collecting?

Import from dreamjournal.net
I have a dreamjournal.net account with 80+ dreams in it. I'd really like it if it were possible to import at least the main fields from one site to the other (date, dream content and title, maybe if possible characters and places and such, if not, I'd be content with just having the very basics, the rest I can recall by re-reading the dream).

I discovered this app just a week ago and i love it!!
there are 2 things, when i just wake up and want te type my dream i don't want to choose if it was pleasant wich colour and who was in my dream i just want to write my dream.. so maybe it's a good idea for editing the dream, when you are totally awoken.When i am typing this i see at my left there are already a lot of topics for editing!!
